As Senior Agency Producer on this project I oversaw all production including managing the £800k+ budget and devising and running the project timing plan. The campaign also included traditional OOH and a special build - a 25m x 30m banner installed at The Baltic art gallery in Newcastle. I dealt with several challenges on the project including navigating a uniquely complex procurement process for 3rd parties whilst retaining the high production values required, a shifting campaign live date and complex insurance arrangements. The end result was a hugely successful campaign, delivered on time and on budget, with higher than expected organic engagement on social media and global press reach as far as Australia.
